- Appointments: We highly recommend scheduling an appointment in advance to secure your preferred date and time. Walk-ins are accepted based on availability.
- Cancellation Policy: We understand that circumstances may arise that require you to reschedule or cancel your appointment. We kindly request a minimum of 48 hours' notice for any changes or cancellations. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee.
- Late Arrivals: We strive to maintain a punctual schedule for all our clients. If you arrive late for your appointment, we may need to modify or shorten your service to accommodate other scheduled clients. Your understanding is appreciated.
- Children and Guests: To maintain a relaxing environment for all our clients, we kindly ask that you refrain from bringing children or additional guests who are not receiving services, unless necessary for assistance or supervision.
- Service Satisfaction: We want you to be completely satisfied with your salon experience. If, for any reason, you are not fully satisfied with your service, please notify us within 48 hours, and we will make every effort to address and resolve any concerns. No refunds only corrections.
- Personal Belongings: While we take utmost care of your belongings, we cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to personal items during your visit to the salon.
- Payment: We accept various forms of payment, including cash, credit cards, and debit cards. Gratuity is not included in the service price and is greatly appreciated.
- Health and Safety: Your well-being is of utmost importance to us. We adhere to strict hygiene and sanitation practices to ensure a clean and safe environment for both clients and staff.
